"Tourneys" Is that my game ???

LOL , so Merge put a new 6.0 Version out that I think is god awful . I think it started Tuesday and Merge was down for most the day then Weds for hours it was down then ugh Glitch after glitch . I wonder if they even did a beta testing with some poker players, If so they didn't do a very good job with it.The lobby looks so Generic now and I could just rant on and on but I wont . Anyway Merge put on A $10,000 Gurantee tourney Sunday today for anyone who had made at least one VIP point in the last 14days to show there Thank you  . There was 6,751 players that joined and me. I was working on our Suv have to change the transfer case and u joints, ugh I hate vehicles . Anyway my friend calls me and says why are you sitting out your not playing? I said oh forgot I had registered for it . So went inside for a break I attempted to play Loose agg crazy poker to get knocked out so I could go back to work on the car. Lol ,But one of the chip leaders at my table was mad at me . He was calling me a donk when I 3bet allin on him with k10o from the Blinds and he calls with A6o And I spike 1010 on flop . Ugh hold on? who called my  all in with that Ace rag hand and he calls me a donk lol. Then I just said screw it, gonna play now . So how did I do? I cashed and got deep but not Deep enough to win the $1,460.90 feels good  to get  as far as I did.

Only $7.00 but 160th place out of 6,751 other players not too shabby. Just wish I coulda doubled up one more time then I would have had a good chance to the Final Table. Next time, theres always Next time. Cash games last week was very few hands played because I didn't trust the site when it kept lagging out . I am sure in a week or two it should be dialed in again . The Good The Bad The Ugly

LOl , So It's June I worked two 12 hour shifts two days straight . So June 1st I woke up played and lost $160.00 . June 2nd woke up and lost $200.00 . Playing when your tired and unfocused can make you play poorly and call down light too much also at 50nl it goes fast hehe. June 3rd  around a little after midnight I was refreshed and won back $56.00 then went to bed because I knew I had to be up in time to play the $109.00 ticket I won for the Sunday $150,000.00 Guarantee . I really did't have a good feeling of winning anything since I had just cashed for $80.00 in a MTT tourney I just played a week or two ago .They say you will usually get in the money about every 18 MTT tourneys even great players. So I got up registered for it and we ended up with 1,115 players paid 117 places or better . So Where did I place? Did I get in the money? Am I that lucky?

So I came in 23rd out of 1,115 players for a win of $975.00 weeeeeeeeee . Wish I could have held on a little longer to  take the win for $28,000.00 but oh well I'm happy with my results. Joining Merge network

So I deposited $30.00 One year ago today on Merge . And have had lots of ups and downs but never had to deposit again so far into my act there. Lock has pulled out and moved to Cake Network  but we have other skins like , Black chip poker , RPM , and Carbon poker still on the site , so I am hoping it will grow . Tip Of The Month

Ok so Merge has on the last Sunday of every month freerolls you can play depending on how many vip's you have earned. So I have earned enough to enter the $2,000 which doesn't require you to use the vip points on them to enter so wont effect your Rakeback manager. So I came in 6th place out of 358 players and won $80.00 weee 1st place paid $500.00 . Here are the Last Sunday of the month Tourneys

I'm not much of a tourney player anymore but what I am trying to say is take advantage of things like these. Also if your trying to start out with a small bankroll play those Fun steps you can play 10 of the #1s a day and you should prob be able to make $15.00 or so a month playing them. So Last night I was doing a little skyping with one of the Top 25NL & 50NL winners. I actually met him well I was playing online . I seen that he was a very good player and winner so I started chatting with him at the online tables . Yes, he responded when I asked if he would coach , he gave me his Skype name So we have talked a few times but last night he was going over some hands I had played and told me how he would have played them. I think like out of about ten hands only one he said well done lol . And gave me some other pointers , then later on he said he has coached friends and sweated them and they do so well when he is there telling them how he would play the hands then after he leaves they start playing horrible again .He says he feels like hes not helping anyone. Well I feel like when you teach a dog to catch a frisbee he doesn't catch it on the first time, it takes a while for him to catch on . Yes I will catch on :) .
So after we get all done like at 3:45am,  I told him I would pay him for sweats or coaching , he says nah man something else. What something else? He said  It will be " Your Lifelong fee to me" so he told me to go to

He says they send an email so every morning he gets up checks email clicks on them  and that's it. I said what about all the ads below they send me crap? He said nah man only one email that's it. So If you guys are reading this it only takes a few minutes to sign up for it , it's free , and gives us poker players a good feeling for doing our tiny part in helping people out. Takes like 30 seconds of your life every day when you open your email to click on them. What I am really impressed with is, he's a 26 year old guy with a girlfriend that cares about things like this. I might be more impressed about this than how good of a poker player he is lol . Got A Ticket Dammm

So I won a ticket today finally , well I think I have played about 6-7 of them so far but this is the first time I came in 150 or better to win a $109.00 ticket to enter the $150,000.00 Sunday Guarantee . I think 1st place is like $60.000.00 that would be sweet but I will prob be lucky to just sqooze into the money. I have some things to do tomorrow so prob enter in it next week .

And other than that, it has been fair at the  cash tables , I did have a two day span where I had 3 losing sessions in a row total of -$219.82 loss between 25nl and 50nl . Which kinda hurt but when playing 50nl you could lose $200.00 pretty dam fast . That is why having a somewhat good bankroll is important or at least the sense to stop and move down limits until you grind some of it back is so important. I  got it all back  and then some in the last 10 sessions so I feel good about that. That's about it , $109.00 ticket wee it will be my biggest by-in Tourney yet online . Should be fun  . Taking a shot at 50nl

So I have been tiptoeing and taking little shots at the 50nl tables this month. Just to get my feet wet and see what type of players are sitting at the tables . I think at certain times of the day you get lots of recreational players they really don't know the difference it's only a Quarter or Fifty cents why not sit down and play there . So you will find a lot of half stacks, guys that come in with $25.00 and sit down . The game seems to play out like 25nl so far. I have only put in 999 hands and have run really well so I expect the worse to come shortly lol as typical for me. And i am happy to say they have the Quadrabunga promo this month . I have flopped quads three times so far but all small ones , no face cards yet . 8888 for $10.00  , 3333 for $5.00 and 3333 again lol for $5.00 I'm not going to complain I love this promo .. Here are my sessions so far at 50nl lucky like I said so far.
